Join us in a sustainability themed pop up shop for New York Fashion Week designed to give back, educate, and inspire! Willard Morgan, Imani Jones, and the team at Da Spot NYC have joined forces to offer a unique opportunity to give back through fashion this New York Fashion Week.
The event will feature Local Designers and Vendors, Live Music and an OPEN JAM SESSION, Live Art, a Street Fashion Show starting at 9 west 8th street and going to Washington Square Park (weather permitting), and an opportunity to give back through a clothing drive for the earthquake victims of Haiti. Enter this event for free by bringing one piece of new or gently used and clean clothing to Haitian communities devastated by the 7.2 earthquake that struck Haiti on August 14th, 2021.
Women empowerment non-profit PYNK NYC (@pynknyc) and Global Justice Ministries will be traveling to Haiti this October to deliver the items collected at this clothing drive event. Volunteers interested in joining the mission or donating directly to the cause may visit the GJM / PYNK NYC booth at the event.
