Planet Fashion, the fashion media and events company has partnered with The Kimpton Surfcomber to produce events for Miami Swim Week. The Kimpton Surfcomber, a boutique property situated oceanfront in the heart of South Beach’s Art Deco District, will set a picturesque backdrop for the world famous Miami Swim Week. The fashion shows at Surfcomber will run from July 11th through 13th and will include top international brands in an amazing line up of swimwear design talent.
The iconic Ocean Drive Magazine will set the tone for Miami Swim Week, on Thursday, July 11th, with their annual opening night party. Agua De Coco, the luxury Brazilian Swim wear line, will open the night with a fashion show at 8:30 p.m. A new brand Diosa Mar, based in Mexico City, by heiress Tatiana Rodriguez Anderson will launch it’s debut collection at 9 p.m., and the night will close with a 10 p.m. fashion show by the global trend magnet, Oh Polly Swimwear. Oh Polly by Claire Henderson is one of the fashion growing swimwear lines globally, with record setting sales last year due to their innovative marketing, Instagram presence and influencer relationships. The night will also include a live performance by American Idol finalist, Michelle Sussett. Among the celebrities in attendance will be supermodel Isabeli Fontana, who is the Ocean Drive Magazine’s July cover girl.
