Germanier Spring/Summer 25 Collection: “Les Désastreuses” Paris Fashion Week

For its sixth fashion show, Germanier continues to redefine the codes of contemporary fashion with its emblematic innovative and committed approach. With its latest collection, the brand not only celebrates the dazzling creativity of upcycling, but also supports young talent from around the world.

Inspired by the signs of the zodiac, each look embodies the unique essence of the stars, in a carefully respected order. Among the 24 daring outfits are innovative pieces made from unexpected materials, such as plastic curtains and the remains of VHS tapes worn by Alain Roche during his suspended performance at the Closing Ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games, particularly highlighted in the look dedicated to the sign of Scorpio. These recycled elements demonstrate Germanier’s commitment to sustainable and responsible fashion, while at the same time instilling unbridled creativity.

One of the most talked-about looks is undoubtedly the one inspired by Uranus, designed by Kevin Pascual Martinez, a young designer from Mexico. This creative had done a school project on the Germanier brand, a work so inspiring that he was invited to collaborate directly on this new collection. This embodies Germanier’s philosophy that fashion is not just about materials, but also about supporting emerging creative minds. Germanier seeks to inspire and give a voice to the next generation of designers.

The collection also includes a new collaboration with Gustavo Silvestre, a loyal partner and Brazilian designer who has contributed to the creation of more than a dozen looks, but also an unprecedented partnership with the Havaianas brand, which injected its “Brasilidade” spirit by giving Kevin carte blanche to imagine a look entirely in flip-flops under the sign of the star, an outstanding piece mixing couture and eccentricity.

Germanier also presented its new flagship bag, the Trésorium. This model demonstrates the company’s ability to combine creativity, expertise and rigorous management. In this way, Germanier confirms its status as a self-sufficient, forward-looking company.

For the beauty treatment, Germanier called on PERS, a French skincare brand inspired by the four-step protocol of a famous Parisian doctor.

In a complex financial and social context, Germanier wanted to offer a total escape for the duration of a fashion show. A dreamlike moment where, for five minutes, the public could escape today’s realities, while discovering avant-garde creations.
