From the Creative Minds Behind Heatherette, Club Kid Richie Rich Returns With RICHERETTE To Stun Crowds

Club Kid Richie Rich returns to reveal his newest RICHERETTE collections to stun crowds.

After successful shows in New York and Los Angeles during their Fashion Weeks, crowds went wild for more RICHERETTE.

The brand is brewing up a select neon runway collection – perfect for the beach and poolfront – that electrifies runways during Miami Art Basel. This Miami Capsule is sure to “boom” runway guests away.

Redefining Queer Street fashion in 2023, Richie’s new BOOM: Disco Pop Fun fashion collection features a variety of street and club wear ensembles including graphic t-shirts, leggings, dresses, skirt top sets, and shorts dazzled with bright colors, ruffles, tulle, and sequins. The brand will also be showcasing street-style tees, hoodies, and resort/swimwear including swimsuits, underwear, caftans, and crochet tops. “Introducing RICHERETTE and celebrating queer club fashion meets street couture has been such an epic experience that was inspired by my Club Kid days and disco/house music,” Richie said.

Richie is famously known for creating the globally successful fashion brand, Heatherette, which was most notably worn by Naomi Cambell, Pamela Anderson, Kim Kardashian and popularized by collaborations with Mac Cosmetics, Vans, and Hello Kitty. “I’m doing it all over again with my newest RICHERETTE fashion brand that spotlights 90’s club fashion, queerness, and gender bending androgyny,” Richie continued.

Known as a part of the 90’s Club Kid scene in New York City, Richie famously planned, hosted and partied in the elite queer nightlife, making a name for himself as a prominent nightlife figure and fashion designer. “Even though my party monster days are mostly behind me, I’m excited to help bring the 90’s streetwear fashion to the forefront again. With ‘Nsync returning to the mainstream and a lot of 90’s trends going viral on TikTok, I think now is the perfect time to bring my latest fashion line to life,” Richie said.

Richie has collaborated with so many inspirational fashion and music icons over the course of his career– from Madonna, to Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton, Boy George, David Beckham, Backstreet Boys, Nsync, Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Mariah Carey, and Beyoncé, the 90’s era and gay nightlife scene continues to be a source of inspiration for him. “From being on iconic talk shows like The Joan Rivers Show, to Geraldo, Phill Donahue and judging on Project Runway, I’ve had wild and fun experiences in the entertainment and fashion industries and I can’t wait for this next journey with RICHERETTE,” Richie said.

Select looks from the BOOM: Disco Pop Fun collection will be available for purchase online at https://richerettebyrichierich.com in the coming weeks.
