New York Fashion Week: Powered by Break Free
Break Free Designer Showcase is an official Council of Fashion Designers of America event for New York Fashion Week. Each season, we feature a selection of the most exciting emerging designers and artistic voices in the industry.
We are the only official benefit event on the CFDA’s calendar and each year this event raises money for Break Free Foundation’s programs to combat addiction, eating disorders, self harm, depression, suicide and other mental health issues that have been an enduring problem within the fashion industry and beyond. Alongside seasoned runway models, we often have a number of activists and influencers in the recovery and mental health space invited to walk the runway.
Our next runway show will be held on Wednesday, February 11th at The Refectory in Chelsea Square.
6 pm: Doors open with red carpet photos & interviews and alcohol-free cocktail reception
7 pm: Show

Attendees must purchase a ticket to attend. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to Break Free foundation. Tickets are also available on our GiveButter page: https://givebutter.com/recovery-on-the-runway/
