Whether you’re looking to get in shape for Miami Swim Week, it’s for your next holiday, to look like these celebrities with the best plastic surgery, general fitness or bodybuilding, here are six exercises that will get you sweating recommended by Beach Muscle Co athletes and models.

1. Squats

Squatting is a compound exercise, which works several muscle groups at one time including your quadriceps, hamstrings and gluteus muscles. Squats help improve both upper and lower body strength.

2. Deadlifts

A deadlift is a strength exercise and one of only a handful of exercises that works both lower and upper body muscles. Deadlifts target your lower back, gluteus and legs.

3. Clean and Press

Your shoulders are the main muscle group a clean and press works out but it also works your traps, triceps, middle and lower back, abdominals, gluteus, quadriceps, hamstrings and calves! This exercises supports strength and endurance.

4. Dips

Whatever level you’re at with your fitness dips are a great upper body push exercise, which works your chest, shoulders and triceps at once encouraging strength. Start with your body weight and as you progress add weighted plates to a lifting belt to undertake this exercise.

5. Hanging Dumbbell Knee Raise

This exercise activates your entire core by working out your lower and upper abdominal muscle groups.

6. Bicep Curls 21’s Technique

21’s is one of our favourites to work out biceps, bicep curls targets not only your upper arm but also your lower arm muscle.
