The Milan presentation reflected the international creative vision at the heart of Fashion Week Studio: bringing together distinctive designers from different cultures and creative backgrounds while creating an environment where fashion becomes storytelling, cultural dialogue and artistic expression.

DCASSO Custom — Rinascita Nera
Opening the Milan showcase with a powerful statement of renewal and confidence, DCASSO Custom presented Rinascita Nera, meaning “Black Renaissance.” Inspired by designer Demitric Simmons’ personal journey, classic European tailoring, architecture and the transformative power of clothing, the collection explored the relationship between resilience, individuality and presence. Based in Houston, the luxury label brought sophisticated womenswear and select menswear together through classic tailoring techniques, contemporary silhouettes, rich textures and bold colour. Premium natural fabrics, refined construction and the brand’s signature attention to fit reinforced DCASSO Custom’s philosophy of enduring luxury. Each look balanced strength with sophistication, creating a wardrobe that felt deeply personal while remaining distinctly modern. Rinascita Nera established a powerful opening statement for the Milan showcase, reflecting the belief that clothing can communicate confidence, identity and the evolution of the person wearing it.

Dawn Bradbury Designs
For Dawn Bradbury Designs, fashion becomes an expression of faith, resilience and effortless luxury. Vibrant silk is transformed into flowing kaftans, dresses and versatile separates designed to move naturally through a modern lifestyle, from relaxed daytime elegance to sophisticated evenings. Drawing inspiration from Caribbean landscapes, global journeys and the beauty of God’s creation, the collection carries a strong sense of freedom and movement. Virginia-based designer Dawn Bradbury places particular emphasis on versatility, allowing luminous silk and fluid silhouettes to celebrate comfort without sacrificing glamour. Her work is rooted in the belief that fashion can accompany a woman through every chapter of her journey. In Milan, that philosophy translated into an expressive presentation celebrating faith, beauty, travel and the confidence that comes from embracing an authentic sense of self.

YOSHIMI OTANI DRESS — Sen no Tsubasa — A Thousand Wings, One Destiny
The crane became the symbolic heart of YOSHIMI OTANI DRESS’s Milan presentation, representing elegance, hope, longevity and the courage to spread one’s wings. Sen no Tsubasa — A Thousand Wings, One Destiny offered a poetic exploration of transformation, connection and rebirth through a ten-look collection personally designed, patterned and crafted by Yoshimi Otani in Japan. Original crane-patterned textiles, feathers, flowing organza and sculptural silhouettes expressed a journey from stillness to flight, while a palette of white, black, red and gold gave the collection a striking visual identity. Each look represented its own story, while the collection as a whole celebrated individuality, connection and transformation. Milan provided a fitting international stage for Otani’s vision of fashion as a vehicle for confidence, self-expression and hope.

Rochie Couture Finland — FIORI DI PASSIONE
An all-scarlet vision of love, passion, courage and celebration took the runway in FIORI DI PASSIONE, the latest couture statement from Rochie Couture Finland. Founded by Filipino-Finnish designer Rochie Malunes, the independent couture house brings Filipino craftsmanship together with the refined elegance of Scandinavian design. Sculptural silhouettes, intricate handwork and statement occasionwear created a collection that felt both powerful and deeply personal, while dramatic volume and architectural construction intensified its commanding runway presence. The vivid scarlet palette further amplified the collection’s emotional character. Presented in Milan, the collection brought together two distinctive cultural influences: the heart and artistry of the Philippines with the sophistication and restraint of Finnish design. Each look reflected Malunes’ commitment to creating fashion that celebrates confidence, individuality and self-expression, transforming the runway into a vivid expression of passion, heritage and contemporary couture.

Melissa Tyson — Golden Sunshine
Inspired by her daughter and the beauty of the sun, sand and sea, American fine-jewelry designer Melissa Tyson presented Golden Sunshine, a deeply personal celebration of love and individuality. Designed for free-spirited couples, the collection features one-of-a-kind engagement rings and wedding bands incorporating fantasy-cut Montana sapphires, yellow and champagne diamonds, recycled gold and Tyson’s signature hand-hammered textures. Her appreciation for nature, organic forms and personal storytelling results in jewelry that feels both timeless and distinctly individual. Rather than following conventional bridal traditions, Golden Sunshine offers an expressive interpretation of luxury through meaningful materials and meticulous artisanal techniques. At the Milan showcase, Tyson collaborated with Ann Marie Bride and Francisca Tornero, with her jewelry presented alongside their collections. The collaborations brought fine jewelry directly into the runway looks and the wider fashion conversation, demonstrating how bridal pieces can become deeply expressive objects of personal identity.

Ann Marie Bride — Élan
Modern bridalwear took on a more architectural and expressive character with Élan, presented by Turkish bridal house Ann Marie Bride. Moving beyond traditional bridal conventions, the collection explores what contemporary bridalwear can become when classical craftsmanship meets a more experimental perspective. Sculptural silhouettes, sheer tulle, layered textures, distinctive draping and three-dimensional appliqués create depth and movement, balancing refinement with a sense of fearless individuality. Each look reflects a woman stepping confidently into her own power while preserving the elegance and craftsmanship expected from couture bridal design. Presented in collaboration with Melissa Tyson Designs, whose fine jewelry accompanied the looks, Élan contributed to one of Milan’s most memorable celebrations of contemporary romance. Ann Marie Bride’s approach demonstrates that bridal fashion can remain elegant and sophisticated while becoming more expressive, architectural and personal for the modern bride.

Francisca Tornero — METAMORFOSIS
Transformation became the central language of METAMORFOSIS, the collection presented by Chilean designer, researcher and academic Francisca Tornero. Produced in limited editions in Chile, the collection brings together textile experimentation, innovation and cultural storytelling for a global audience. Inspired by the constant process of change, Metamorfosis explores the tension between fragility and strength, uncertainty and possibility. Sculptural silhouettes, manipulated textiles, natural silks and considered interventions give physical form to the internal transformations that shape who we become. The collection approaches fashion as both material and memory, translating emotional evolution into tangible form. Through its emphasis on innovation, contemporary luxury and cultural identity, Tornero’s Milan presentation offered a thoughtful exploration of identity and the human experience, demonstrating how couture can become a powerful language for storytelling, reflection and transformation. Presented in collaboration with Melissa Tyson Designs, whose fine jewelry accompanied the looks on the runway.

By Vizcarra — I CIGNI
Black and white emerged as two expressions of the same essence in I CIGNI, a couture and jewelry narrative founded and creatively directed by Katty Vizcarra. The collection explores contrast, evolution and strength, with enduring sensitivity represented through one expression and emerging character through the other. Rooted in Colombian craftsmanship, the brand combines handmade artistry with Swarovski and Preciosa crystals and a powerful feminine narrative inspired by Latin American culture. Central to the collection is the White Swan, representing purity, silence and elegance at the beginning of an inner transformation. During the Milan presentation, Andrea Sorzano embodied the White Swan in an ethereal silhouette adorned with By Vizcarra jewelry, creating an image of serene yet powerful femininity. The collection explores a transformation that does not necessarily change who we are, but instead reveals what has always existed within us. THE SWANS became a visually striking expression of identity, metamorphosis and inner strength.

MYA Collection — House of Peonies
Peonies provided the emotional and visual inspiration for MYA Collection’s House of Peonies, a celebration of femininity in full bloom. The Athens-based Greek fashion brand’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection brings together expressive occasionwear and statement silhouettes designed for women who embrace confidence, individuality and being seen. Lace, chiffon, satin, sequins, feathers, tulle and dramatic fringes create a rich sense of texture and movement, balancing softness with strength. Rooted in Greek craftsmanship and produced in Greece, MYA Collection approaches fashion as a form of selfexpression, designing pieces intended to become part of the moments, memories and stories of the women who wear them. House of Peonies continues the brand’s distinctive world of romanticism and contemporary sophistication, combining artistic detail with carefully considered proportions and construction. In Milan, the collection offered a vivid celebration of modern femininity and the expressive power of contemporary Greek design.

Reem Al Jesmi — AFTERGLOW
Fashion designer Reem Al Jesmi presented her new “Afterglow” collection at a fashion show held in Milan alongside Fashion Week. Inspired by the colors of the sky after sunset—from shades of turquoise and blue to gold, black, and red—the collection captures the beauty of moments whose impact lingers even after the light has faded.

The designs combine femininity with a strong presence, with careful attention to the details, fabrics, and embroidery that reflect the identity of the Reem Al Jesmi brand. The collection conveys the idea that true elegance leaves a lasting impression and memory, much like the glow that remains in the sky after sunset.

A GLOBAL FASHION COMMUNITY COMES TOGETHER IN MILAN

Together, these collections embodied the international creative vision at the heart of Fashion Week Studio. From couture and bridal artistry to fine jewelry, contemporary womenswear, Japanese craftsmanship and Latin American design, the Milan showcase celebrated the diversity of perspectives and traditions shaping the global fashion landscape.

Beyond the runway, the evening brought together a vibrant community of fashion insiders and enthusiasts. With the venue filled to capacity, Palazzina Appiani welcomed a dynamic gathering of influencers, celebrities, fashion personalities, creatives and devoted fashion lovers. Guests arrived in striking ensembles of their own, extending the spirit of the runway throughout the venue, while elegant floral arrangements enhanced the atmosphere with a sense of refinement and celebration.

The Milan showcase marked another defining moment in Fashion Week Studio’s international journey, reaffirming the platform’s commitment to bringing diverse creative voices together and creating space for designers to share their perspectives with a global fashion audience.
