Yenesai Autumn Winter 25/26 Collection Paris Fashion Week

Alignment – a Celestial Odyssey Into the Unknown

As the planets align in a rare cosmic parade, Yenesai’s AW2025-26 collection, Alignment, unveils an otherworldly narrative that transports us to a realm caught between worlds—neither above nor below the surface, but somewhere in the in-between.

This season, Yenesai invites us to explore a landscape of harsh beauty, drawing inspiration from science fiction films and novels that ponder what it means to adapt and survive in uncharted territories.

In this imagined world, the Yenesai nomads emerge as celestial beings, almost like modern Greek gods, navigating a planet of extremes. The collection merges intricate pattern cutting with advanced technologies like 3D-printed elements, creating garments that function as a second skin. Protective armor-like plates meet alien body-textured surfaces, while tough leathers with strategically placed stretch panels facilitate fluid movement. Sleek hair designs by Charlie Le Mindu—including vertebrae-inspired forms, cascading fluid braids, hair skirts, and ethereal feather wings—complete the transformation into cosmic deities. Sharp, otherworldly makeup in true Yenesai style by Martina Derosa heightens the otherworldly aesthetic.

This season, the Yenesai character evolves further, developing new layers of protection. Stefano Vignini and Roberto Corti introduce cutting-edge 3D-printed vertebrae, masks, and shoulder pads, amplifying the collection’s futuristic aesthetic and functionality. Together, these elements evoke an alien yet familiar narrative of survival and adaptation, where innovation becomes armor.

Movement plays a pivotal role in the show, directed by visionary choreographer Georges Labbat. With strong, synergized formations inspired by classical paintings like The Raft of the Medusa, the models evoke a ceremonial procession, each step charged with purpose and intensity. Rhythmic, powerful drums, coupled with dark, atmospheric lighting, set the stage for a performance that feels both ancient and futuristic—a theatrical celebration of resilience and collaboration.

The Alignment show is more than a collection; it’s a narrative journey that mirrors the Yenesai ethos: bold, innovative design that pushes boundaries while remaining rooted in craftsmanship and functionality. It’s a reminder that even in the harshest environments, movement, creativity, and evolution can pave the way for something extraordinary.
