Marist Fashion’s 33rd Annual Silver Needle Runway
The 33rd Annual Silver Needle Runway will be held at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center on Friday, May 10th, 4:00pm and 7:00pm. Tickets are available here.
Each year, the Marist Fashion Program produces this large-scale event. The Silver Needle Runway draws more than 2,000 guests, including industry professionals, press, Marist friends and family, and the Hudson Valley community.
The Silver Needle Runway showcases the collections of Marist Fashion’s senior design students. The evening show is followed by a presentation of scholarships and awards, such as Outstanding Garment, Outstanding Portfolio, Outstanding Collection, and Outstanding Concept.
The show is produced by students and faculty of the Marist Fashion Program. Members of the Fashion Show Production class manage every facet of the show, from invitations to runway set-up and marketing.

The Silver Needle Runway is held every spring to showcase the talents of our senior student designers. Two shows are produced with attendance of at least 2,000 people. The evening show is followed by a presentation of awards and scholarships.
This runway show is wholly produced by students and faculty of the Marist Fashion Program. Each student within the Fashion Show Production course is responsible for executing particular areas in the production of this captivating event. Each year the show develops more concepts and creativity that enhance professionalism of The Silver Needle Runway as a brand. Marist Fashion’s new state-of-the-art home, Steel Plant Studios, is a creative oasis for future fashion leaders.
