In light of the changes in the world around us,” says designer Gustavo Nunez, “I wanted my Spring 2022 Collection and presentation to reflect a stripping away of how things were done and the embracing of a new way to acknowledge and celebrate weddings.
“I wanted to create a collection that is close to my roots and that i s made in the heart of New York City’s historic Garment District.

“I designed it using hand embroideries, flowing silhouettes, tailored cuts that are both romantic and flirtatious… creating a new effortless glamour. I introduced new seductive elements, such as cut outs, transparent layers, stretch fabrics, beautifully constructed bustiers and draping that sculpts the body.
“I love to pay homage to my seamstresses and their craft, all the passion they put into each dress. This collection is a showcase of their magical handwork and dedication to creating a beautiful gown.
“The spirit of the American sportswear, fused with my Latin flair for sexiness, inspired me again this season to create a new look for the modern and romantic bride while celebrating her most important moment.”
