TISSA FONTANEDA presents the Spring/Summer 25
Collection.
Inspired by the film ‘The English Patient’, which sparked Fontaneda’s imagination with the combination of images and colours. Anna Cleveland returns for the second time as the face of Tissa Fontaneda, bringing her elegance to the collection and enhancing the brand’s vision with modern luxury.
For the SS25 collection, Fontaneda introduces new colours Desert Sand, Coral Blue, and Assisi Blue plus revamped colours Red Marrakesh and Sky Blue. The colours in the collection were inspired by the scenes from ‘The English Patient’ and pay homage to the film.
This colour palette is available in all iconic styles such as Tango, Figaro, and Mirage, as well as stand-out bags Giselle and Victoria from the AW24 collection. Two new handbag styles enter the collection, Bohème, featuring the signature Nappa leather and Sarab, which will be available in Nappa leather and Raffia for summer. As well as three new small leather goods, the Cherie, Sayuri, and Bob cardholders. The Variety Junior also returns this season, after being revamped. The New Provence, Victoria and Giselle bags are also available in SS25 top colour combinations, Cowboy & Desert Sand and Cream Beige & Mint Green.

After expanding the Ready-to-Wear collection in AW24, TISSA FONTANEDA continues to build out the range with new styles centering versatility for SS25. Pieces include tunics, kaftans, long blouses and scarves that can be easily paired with one another. The two stand-out garments are the Kip skirt and the Mahara dress. The Kip skirt is a coloured cotton safari skirt with a soft tassled belt which is available in two different colourways. Mahara is a backless evening dress made with a soft, semi transparent bubbles jacquard silk fabric.
Cleveland showcases TISSA FONTANEDA’S vision of timelessness, where each piece of the collection serves as a tribute to creative storytelling. Fontaneda and Cleveland met during Summer 2023 where they bonded over their shared values. Cleveland perfectly represents the brand with her unparalleled beauty and grace.

About Tissa Fontaneda
Born in Munich, Germany, Tissa Fontaneda spent the majority of her life abroad. After graduating from the University of Turin, Italy, with a P.H.D in Literature and Philosophy, she then moved to Paris to pursue her teenage dream of working in fashion. It was at Daniel Swarovski that Tissa began her career as a design assistant to Rosemarie Le Gallais and Hervé Leger. Tissa relocated to Madrid five years later and then joined the Spanish luxury brand Loewe to develop the Thierry Mugler handbag collections.
At Loewe, Tissa learned about leathers and handbag manufacturing from some of the world’s greatest European artisans. When Loewe was acquired by the LVMH group, Tissa was invited by the president Yves Carcelle to be the Head of Production for Loewe accessories under Narciso Rodriguez. In addition to Loewe, she also worked with several other brands including Cartier, Dunhill, Connolly and Louis Vuitton.
Driven by a strong desire to merge her creative vision with her expertise in the world of luxury accessories, Tissa launched her eponymous label – “classic luxury with a modern twist” – in 2010. Today, TISSA FONTANEDA is one of the most distinctive and intriguing luxury handbag brands in today’s marketplace. Tissa’s inspired designs have achieved widespread recognition in high-end boutiques throughout the world.
