The International Investment Congress Awards celebrated its 20th anniversary edition during the Cannes Film Festival, uniting leaders from business, culture, philanthropy, and the arts across 29 countries at the Beach Ball Gala Dinner hosted at the legendary Majestic Barriere Cannes.
The Majestic Barriere Cannes served as the venue for a landmark ceremonial evening marking the 20th anniversary edition of the International Investment Congress Awards, held as part of the prestigious Beach Ball Gala Dinner organized by Royal Gentlemen Club and Congress Awards during the Cannes Film Festival.
The event was organized by Thomas Misse and Marek Harmony, representatives of Royal Gentlemen Club, an organization internationally recognized for exclusive luxury events, diplomatic gala evenings, and elite international networking gatherings across Europe. The Congress Awards, founded and organized by international entrepreneur, investor, and media executive Anna Stukkert, has evolved over the years into a global platform uniting leaders from business, culture, investment, media, and international society across 29 countries worldwide.
Rositsa Cherkezova, Anna Stukkert
Among the central figures of the evening was Rositsa Cherkezova, Director of Lacrima Dairy Factory, one of Bulgaria’s oldest dairy producers, founded in 1959. Over the decades, the company has grown into a major international producer exporting across Europe and the Middle East, holding international certifications including IFS, Halal, and FDA Approved. Under the leadership of Rositsa Cherkezova, Lacrima has become not only a successful international business but also an important social platform. Her initiative Frezcoliada supports children, young athletes, talents, and cultural projects throughout Bulgaria, uniting thousands of participants with the support of the President of Bulgaria, ambassadors, and international partners. During the Congress Awards ceremony, Rositsa Cherkezova was recognized for her outstanding contribution to international business development, philanthropy, and social initiatives.
Velichka Gospodinova
Among the evening’s most remarkable award recipients was Velichka Gospodinova, founder of the conceptual luxury beauty brand LABOR8, who received the Special Talent Award at the International Investment Congress Awards. Recognized as one of Bulgaria’s fastest-rising niche luxury beauty brands with growing international visibility, LABOR8 is built around the philosophy of awakening eight human senses, transforming fragrance into a deeply personalized emotional experience. The brand combines niche perfumery, aesthetics, and sensory identity, creating fragrances connected to personal energy, emotional individuality, and inner experience. Under the direction of Velichka Gospodinova, LABOR8 has become a symbol of a new generation of European niche luxury culture.
Galina Raicheva, Anna Stukkert, Rositsa Cherkezova, Lidia Weber
Among the distinguished international guests was Galina Raicheva, Bulgarian entrepreneur, investor, and founder of Drustar Consulting, active in the sectors of investment consulting, tourism, and sustainable development projects. During the event, Galina Raicheva led the official Sofia delegation and received recognition for her contribution to the development of French-Bulgarian cultural and business relations.

An official partner and sponsor of the evening was Oliver Weber Collection, the Austrian fashion jewelry house present in more than 80 countries. Founded in 1994, the brand is known for its philosophy of accessible luxury, combining contemporary European design, handcrafted jewelry, and Swarovski crystals. During the gala evening, Oliver Weber Collection, represented by Lydia Weber, presented exclusive jewelry pieces to honorary guests, partners, and sponsors of the Congress Awards.

A long-standing partner of the Congress Awards was Parisian designer, artist, and jeweler Lolita Meski, creator of the Giorgina Dea Paris collection, which combines haute couture aesthetics with artistic jewelry craftsmanship.
Venera Tabakin
The evening also featured the presence of Venera Tabakin, a London-based fashion designer, haute couture stylist, casting director, and film producer internationally recognized for creating bespoke high-glamour evening gowns worn by celebrities on major international red carpets and luxury fashion events.
Anna Stukkert
One of the evening’s fashion highlights was Anna Stukkert’s appearance in a couture gown by DASHA Couture House, the Dubai-based brand founded by designer Darya Chermashentseva in 2019, recognized for its sculptural silhouettes, crystal embroidery, and emotional luxury aesthetic.
Fausta Gallelli, Anna Stukkert, Jane Wang
Among the special guests of the evening was Italian singer Fausta Gallelli, known for her performances at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna and major European gala events. In 2025, she also performed alongside Al Bano & Romina Power, Pupo, and Drupi at the sold-out Lake Stage in Mörbisch.
Olga Filippova
Among the special guests of the evening was also Olga Filippova, a world-winning opera singer, international performer, and philanthropist, internationally recognized as “the voice that unites nations.”
Cover the teaser of “Rendezvous with Jesus” by Artist Mariya Naydis
As part of the Cannes Film Festival program, Anna Stukkert also presented to international producers the teaser of Rendez-vous mit Jesus by artist Mariya Naydis. The project combines painting, contemporary dance, philosophy, and cinema, reflecting Mariya Naydis’ distinctive visual language inspired by contemporary European art and theatrical aesthetics.

Anwar Elkamony attended the event as an honorary guest, representing The HopeGiver. Campaign across 23 countries worldwide. The only athlete in history to return to professional international sports after a bone marrow transplant, he continues inspiring millions through his humanitarian mission and global influence.
