Ahkeke’s designer Ke Gong was born in China and then moved to the UK 12 years ago and studied Fashion Design at the Istituto Marangoni and a Masters degree at the London College of Fashion. After working at Osman London and Alexander McQueen before creating her own label, Ke has always been committed to sustainable fashion with her graduate collection being made entirely of recycled materials and then being shortlisted for a competition headed by Green Peace X Arts Thread in 2018.
