They were singing, creating, living in their cool way, and shaping out an aesthetic of their own. “Turn up a jacket and something to tie around your neck”, this is a signature look of teddy girl. They look smart, independent and unique. American pop art, punk music and everything about future, space age flooded around their life, and their attitude of challenging the tradition but concerning about the popular and mass culture.
In this spring/summer collection, SNOW XUE GAO tries to form a group of girls who love music that muses are Patti smith, Debbie harry, and Nico.
