Selenee Spring Collection, The Garden of Forking Path

Selenee debuted their Spring collection, The Garden of Forking Path during Los Angeles Fashion Week at Neue House Hollywood.

Guests previewed the debut collection on the runway, savored cocktails, all while enjoying a crowd-cheering presentation as a curation of glamourous models walked a mysterious garden of mirrors, stopping at each area of enchantment for a posed reveal! A total of 36 looks were showcased, beginning with influencer and model Sonya Esman and culminating in a grand finale featuring a red ruffled bow gown by the designer MT Yang.

Selenee

From classic plaid wool to flowing fabrics, SELENEE utilized a classic gray and black palette with the combination of sharp lines and flowing curves that capture the mysterious essence of a labyrinth. A collision of vintage and modern sensibilities is evident through plaid fabrics meeting three-dimensional tailoring, reflecting the theme of time intertwining. Corseted coats, exaggerated shoulders, suit dresses, checkered pants, wool blousons, and leather sweatshirts, capes and dresses defined this season’s collection. Pieces are available for purchase on the SELENEE website and range from $480.00 to $5,800.

The Selenee brand believes the power of design brings balance and harmony to the world. They are inspired by nature’s pursuit of equilibrium and strive to create fashions that reflect this ideal. Their passion for originality and individuality is what sets them apart in the market. They are dedicated to reviving and restoring the humble and overlooked, elevating them to the divine. They understand that good design is not just about aesthetics, but about responsible and sustainable practices. That’s why they prioritize ethical sourcing and production methods to ensure that the products are not only beautiful, but also kind to the planet.
