Salty Mermaid Debuts See Now, Buy Now Collection During Inaugural RISE by PARAISO Runway Show at Miami Swim Week

The swimwear brand debuted its latest collections through a See Now, Buy Now presentation at RISE by PARAISO Miami Swim Week at Kimpton Surfcomber’s over-the-pool runway on Miami Beach.

Salty Mermaid made a standout debut at the inaugural edition of RISE by PARAISO during PARAISO Miami Swim Week, presenting an over-the-pool runway show at Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel Miami Beach.

As one of the featured designers selected for PARAISO’s new platform spotlighting emerging and independent brands, Salty Mermaid delivered a collection that embodied bold prints and effortless, unique style.

Set against the iconic Art Deco backdrop of the Kimpton Surfcomber pool, the runway show transported guests into the world of Salty Mermaid through a curated journey of swimwear designed for a modern-day beach girl. The collection showcased the brand’s signature blend of unique silhouettes, stunning prints and destination-ready separates that seamlessly transition from beachside adventures to luxury resort living.

The runway opened with a bold western-inspired story, introducing guests to Snake Charmer, Wild Sage, Wild Venom and Desert Camo, where earthy hues and rugged-chic styling captured the spirit of the modern coastal cowgirl.

As the show evolved, the collection shifted into softer coastal narratives through Ivory Shoreline and Coastal Mirage. These stories highlighted a flowing cover-up, white swim silhouettes, and airy swim pieces inspired by sun-drenched shorelines and ocean horizons. Metallic accents and luminous textures took center stage in Sunforged Gold, delivering statement-making looks designed to capture the glow of golden hour along the coast.

Then, Goddess of the Seashells introduced intricate details and feminine silhouettes inspired by the beauty of ocean treasures, while its iconic Sand Castle bikini closed the presentation with a refined palette of neutral tones that reflected beach-side sophistication.

Known for creating pieces that celebrate confidence, individuality, and adventure, Salty Mermaid’s latest collections reinforced the brand’s growing presence within the luxury swimwear market while offering a fresh perspective on contemporary swim.

Guests were able to ‘Shop the Runway’ as Salty Mermaid’s show had a See Now, Buy Now approach, allowing consumers to shop every look featured on the runway immediately following the show. All collections presented during the RISE by PARAISO showcase – including Wild Sage, Desert Camo, Snake Charmer, Wild Venom, Ivory Shoreline, Coastal Mirage, Sun Forged Gold, Goddess of the Seashells, and Sand Castle – are included on a separate tab on its website that was displayed via a QR code in the custom Salty Mermaid gift bags that were placed on each seat at the show. All pieces are available for purchase at saltymermaid.com, providing customers direct access to the latest designs without waiting for a traditional retail launch.

The poolside setting at Kimpton Surfcomber Miami Beach provided the perfect backdrop for the brand’s RISE by PARAISO debut, creating an immersive runway experience that reflected Salty Mermaid’s distinctive blend of coastal luxury and destination-inspired style.
