Riyadh Fashion Week 2024 Illuminates the Kingdom with a Spectacular Showcase of Fashion and Creativity

Riyadh Fashion Week (RFW) concluded its five-day celebration, leaving an unforgettable mark on both the local and international fashion world. The second edition of this illustrious event captivated audiences across three iconic venues—Tuwaiq Palace, Digital City, and JAX District—bringing together 37 brands to showcase their collections through breathtaking runway shows, exclusive brand presentations, and a bespoke showroom.

Kicking off on October 19th, the event began with a striking display, lighting up the façade of Digital City with the Riyadh Fashion Week logo—an impressive symbol of the event’s mission to fuse fashion, technology, and beauty.

A standout moment from the week was the reveal of Sara, the first-ever Saudi robot, who made her debut on the KAF by KAF runway. This fusion of high fashion and cutting-edge technology brought a fresh perspective to the runway, with Sara representing the concept of artificial beauty in Kawthar Alhoraish’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection.

Throughout the week, attendees were treated to a diverse array of collections from renowned Saudi designers, each leaving their unique mark on the couture, evening wear, ready-to-wear, and streetwear categories. The lineup included celebrated names such as Mona Alshebil, Abadia, Noura Sulaiman, KML, and 1886, amongst others. These shows were a testament to the rich talent and creativity that Saudi fashion has to offer.

Once again, Riyadh Fashion Week drew a stellar list of global figures and cultural influencers to its front rows. Among them were supermodel Elsa Hosk, Saudi fashion entrepreneur Nada Bashaen, Lebanese influencer Karen Wazen, Egyptian actor Ahmed Malek, Sudanese-Canadian singer-songwriter Mustafa The Poet, adding a buzz of excitement throughout the event.

A curated selection of brand presentations, held at Meraki, featured the works of Makram Marzuki, Hala Algharbawi, Freeminds, Qormuz, and many more. These presentations offered an intimate look at the craftsmanship and innovation driving Saudi fashion forward, with both local and international casts showcasing the collections.

Riyadh Fashion Week 2024 was supported by prestigious partners who contributed to the event’s success. anb Bank served as the official partner, reinforcing its commitment to the Kingdom’s fashion growth.
