Regarding her new collection, shown at FW NYFW, Nicole Miller says: “I started out with an interest in sustainability and re-use of existing garments.
“I up-cycled cashmere sweaters with embellishments and used vintage denim as trim. From there I started thinking about our busy lifestyle and combined suiting with athletic wear.

“It is a commentary on seeking balance and still enjoying your life—I mixed club flyers with astrological signs. Everyone is always looking for answers. My test screen print addresses everyone’s Netflix addiction. The collection has a lot of fun elements and addresses the street trend in a feminine way. It is about the world today and what we think about.”
