Gallagher’s signature looks include wrapped and bound sleeves and slit skirts with black and polka dot grosgrain ribbon accents. Oversized tops paired with ultra fitted, long skirts complement red military berets and red leather leggings. Red and black tights are matched with black kid suede mules with red silk satin ribbons- a collaboration with Cindy Waters.
