Highlights of Fashions Finest AW19 during London Fashion Week

Fashions Finest’s kicked off the day with its Let’s Talk Fashion Business industry talk series featuring Sue Mee Maudsley. The fashion veteran who worked with brands such as Burberry, Topshop, Warehouse, Monsoon, John Lewis, Topman, Simply Be and Racing Green shared valuable industry insights with the audience.
The first runway show of emerging designers commenced leading with Misora Nakamori, L’Essayeur, Nitya Singh, Helen Kaye, The Kemist, and Kepaza.

Followed by the next set of designers which included
Mary Dickow, Pathos, Olya Sookie, Kanna Yeung, Miss Boss Fashion, Linda Blissett, Louisa Moody, and Tuncer Tonun.
GH Lingerie enticed with sensual intimates in the pop-up space, where Berkshire Beauty pampered guests with complimentary beauty treatments and much-appreciated massages, while Fashion Enter was at with resources and advice for fashion creatives.
A day of fashion extravaganza culminated in the Britain’s Top Designer Award at 8 pm.
Helen Kaye, Mary Dickow, Kepaza, Louisa Moody, Misora Nakamori, April Banbury, Joyce Pilarsky, Tuncer Tonun, and sustainable designer Giebultowski presented their collection in front of industry judges stylist to he stars Bernard Connolly, celebrity and fashion photographer Joe Alvarez, fashion editor and media personality Sarah Mulindwa and TV presenter and stylist Nicky Hambleton-Jones.
The Britain’s Top Designer winner Tuncer Tonun was announced by Fashions Finest director Deborah St Louis with the first runner-up Joyce Pilarsky from the Philipines and second runner-up: Misora Nakamori Paris.

Fashions Finest:
Founded by Deborah St. Louis, the Fashions Finest showcases during London Fashion Week was launched in 2010 following on from the set up of the Fashions Finest magazine in 2009. Since its inception Fashions Finest has been promoting the diverse spectrum of the national and international fashion industry with a primary focus on British designers.
Growing from strength to strength, Fashions Finest provides a platform and supports designers that are self-taught as well as those beginning at college level through to established designers. Fashions Finest is committed to helping designers develop their profile nationally as well as internationally, as previously demonstrated with their Fashions Finest Awards, and now continues on its support with the annual Britain’s Top Designer Awards every February as part of its Autumn/ Winter showcase. Previous designers have received international press attention, grown their brand to include being stocked and sold nationally and internationally.
