Giuseppe Di Morabito Fall Winter 2025 Milan Fashion Week

Alone with the stars

Strength and delicacy. Darkness and illumination. History and modernity.

Giuseppe Di Morabito weaves a narrative where contrasts and dualities harmoniously intertwine. With his catwalk debut, he presents a multifaceted vision that transcends the conventional fashion showcase, offering a reflection on contemporary reality.

Personal experiences are filtered through a theatrical, emotional expression. His origins fuel his creative drive—rooted in the artisanal savoir-faire he absorbed during adolescence, a passion for art history, and nostalgic ties to his homeland.

Tailoring takes on a sculptural precision, merging with corsetry and curvaceous crinolines that nod to 17th- and 18th-century court attire, reimagined as seductive minidresses adorned with clear crystal drops. Metallic armors layered over masculine shirts suggest protection and resilience, while roses whisper vulnerability. Draping evokes the hieratic sensuality of Greek statuary, and lace hints at Venusian frivolity.

Impact and theatricality, artisanal intelligence, and cutting-edge technology converge as Ameca, the humanoid robot, underscores the tension between past and future woven into our present. Di Morabito captures this dynamic with both tenderness and intensity.
