Fashion Treasure New York Ready for Fashion Week

Thai Trade Center New York (DITP) and the Future Treasure New York proudly present ‘The Treasure’, a dynamic multi-brand pop-up store initiative, at the upcoming New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2024. Scheduled for February 10, 2024, at 8 PM, the event will be held at the High Bar DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton in Midtown NYC.

This collaborative effort between Future Treasure New York and DITP showcases the talents of select Thai designers and entrepreneurs. From over 80 applicants, a handful were chosen to exhibit their creations on the runway. The event will spotlight 6 prominent brands offering a range of clothing for men, women, and gender-neutral designs, known globally for their exceptional quality. These brands include Vinn Patararin, Leisure Projects, Sculpture, Boonlear, Merge, and Techin Underground. Enhancing the fashion showcase, the event will also feature a blend of styles from 4 distinguished jewelry and accessory brands – Wodd Bangkok, Maddy Hopper, 77th, and Travel Agency, along with 2 artisan jewelry brands, Billy Beamo and Charites. In total, 12 Bangkok-based brands will grace the event.

 
Fashion Treasure

A special highlight is the collaboration with STUDIOCULT, a prominent NYC accessory brand, which will be featured alongside one of the designers. The event is managed by the Thai Trade Center New York, led by Executive Director Ms. Ketsuree Vijaranakorn, and Tan Sawaddichai of Future Treasure New York. This partnership with Fashion Week Online aims to elevate Thai fashion on the global stage, leveraging the Official Fashion Week Online Calendar for heightened visibility.

Coinciding with New York Fashion Week, this runway event is a precursor to ‘The Treasure by DITP and Future Treasure’ Pop-Up store, set to open in SoHo from June 11-24, 2024, at 21 Spring St, New York, NY. It’s an opportunity to showcase Thai fashion and lifestyle products to a wider audience. Support for the show comes from various partners, including HeavensgateNYC, aiding in model casting, and the Naarak NYC LGBTQ Asian community. The HIGH BAR at the DoubleTree hotel by Hilton provides a scenic venue, bridging indoor and outdoor spaces with a capacity of 300, offering stunning views of Manhattan.

This collective effort symbolizes a union of passion for self-expression among individuals from Thailand and NYC, expanding the audience base and resonating with the ethos of Future Treasure designers.”
