Shoe designer Kitty Shukman invites you to journey into the healing dreamscape of Positive Energy Flows Again – a new world that is both strange and eerily familiar.
Positive Energy Flows Again is the physical creation of a seed of hope that Kitty nurtured during a debilitating depressive episode struggling with her mental health.
Alchemizing the pain, she turned it into a force to create another realm in her imagination, a dreamscape that is recognisable yet twisted, a new dimension of inner peace, total oneness and divine love.
Presenting with Fashion East, this is Kitty Shukman’s debut shoe collection released under Positive Energy Flows Again. Distilling the purest essence of the brand into the first shoe design, the Infinity Slide symbolises continuous movement and has neither a beginning nor an end. It holds with it the ideas of no limitations and infinite possibilities. The ultimate symbol of FLOW, which Kitty conceptualised while twisting a hoover cord around her foot, contemplating if in another world you could design a shoe that had neither left nor right, front or back – a never ending loop.
