Elie Saab Haute Couture Fall Winter 26-27

The Ball of Untamed Dreams

Mysterious figures slip through the shadows. Masked faces catch the lamplight before dissolving into the night. Around every glittering corner, another impossible transformation awaits.

In ELIE SAAB HAUTE COUTURE AW27, the bold and the brilliant gather to unleash their most surreal and theatrical dreams, summoning a world of wild metamorphosis. A sheer sweep of opaline organza, strewn with pearls, emulates a Magritte cloud; a sensuous fishtail of magenta silk becomes a Dali rose. Mercurial colours shift as they move, turning lilac into silver and deep blue into blush. Fabrics are draped and twisted into organic forms, transforming their muses into cala lilies, twilit skies, midnight swans.

Elie Saab

Released from daylight certainties, all who enter are free to revel in their hidden multitudes. Silhouettes range from the ethereal to the imperious. Flowing goddess dresses in pastel shades exude ELIE SAAB’S signature elegance; wine-red velvet ballgowns and black winged columns channel fiery strength. Powerful femininity is everywhere, from embellished corsets to dramatic trains, while sharply-cut tuxedos for both women and men encapsulate the evening’s liminal spirit. Intricately sculpted headpieces and otherworldly masks turn complementary looks into living works of art.

As the enchanted ball reaches its crescendo, the bride makes her entrance. Bodice shaped in a curve of molten iridescence, skirts shimmering in layers of champagne, crystal and light gold, she offers an aura of radiant mystery.

Unfolding as a series of spectacular illusions, ELIE SAAB HAUTE COUTURE AW27 invites us to enter a realm of enigmatic glamour, where couture blurs the boundaries between the real and the fantastical.
