Han Kjøbenhavn, the renowned Danish fashion house, revealed
its AW25 co-ed collection at the monumental TAP1 venue, and captivated thousands of guests.
Dramatic smoke, a powerful soundtrack, and the raw, brutalist architecture of the venue, set the stage for the runway, amplifying the collection’s focus on authenticity and raw energy. The rugged surroundings showcased the fusion of fashion, culture, and personal narrative.
Titled Concrete Born, the AW25 collection is inspired by the raw beauty of urban landscapes and the resilient spirit of those who inhabit them, this collection is a fearless exploration of form, texture, and emotion. A personal homage from Artistic Director Jannik Wikkelsø Davidsen to his upbringing in Denmark’s suburban neighborhoods.

Davidsen explores the influence of his childhood environment and the people that shaped him. “This collection takes off in my upbringing while it merge my current state of mind, where my head and my emotions are now said Davidsen, “- It reflects the spirit of the people who thrive there. Looking at society today and where we are as humans, it’s important to me that I create something that connects and resonates with my upbringing.
The collection featured a blend of textures, with particular use of faux fur and denim, and retro football merchandise. These elements were carefully chosen to reflect both the urban landscape and the connectedness of local communities. The jerseys, in particular, were sponsored by personal relations – underscoring Han Kjøbenhavn’s commitment to supporting and promoting it’s community.
