Olive & June Launches Shades Inspired by Badass Female CEOs
The fall collection just launched, and your inner boss babe is calling.
Olive & June is at again, launching yet another knock-out collection that will help you get over those end-of-summer blues. Each season the shades are inspired by a theme and this fall it’s hustle. Founder Sarah Gibson Tuttle tapped her inner circle of female entrepreneurs to create a line of colors that will help you feel empowered no matter what your career path might be. “This collection is made for the boss babe in all of us who is building her own empire. The six O&J besties that we chose are in different fields, creating many different types of businesses but they all share the hustle,” Sarah Gibson Tuttle tells us.
We all have those friends that we can call for last minute mani pedis or for advice when you have a looming deadline. Tuttle explains “my friends are some of my biggest inspiration,” so naturally when it came time to name the colors in the O&J Besties collection she turned to her friends. The shades are named after Drybar’s Ali Webb, ThirdLove’s Heidi Zak, DBA’s Raina Penchansky, Ban.do’s Jen Gotch, Argent’s Salli Christensen and Loom’s Erica Chidi Cohen.“The six O&J besties that we chose are in different fields, creating many different types of businesses but they all share the hustle.”
Olive & June is formulated with a “7-free commitment,” omitting harmful ingredients from the formulas while still delivering on the glossy, in-salon quality. Tuttle explains “to me, the formula was non negotiable and had to be that perfect intersection of effective and cleaner for you.”
