Songzio 2025 Spring Summer Campaign Bright Star by Cho Giseok Paris Fashion Week

South Korean avant-garde fashion brand, Songzio, presents its 25SS campaign by the world-renowned photographer, Cho Giseok.

This campaign marks the third collaboration between Songzio and Cho Giseok, the internationally acclaimed photographer known for his artistic and surrealistic photography, as well as for his works with countless international artists.

This unique and artistic campaign emphasizes Songzio’s creative philosophy, converging East and West, elegance and avant-garde, order and disorder.

Songzio

This campaign features Songzio’s 25SS collection, Bright Star, the brand’s first co-ed collection presented during last year’s Paris Fashion Week.

In this campaign, Cho Giseok depicts the journey of young boys searching for the North Star, the brightest star in the constellation. Also referred to as the constant star for its steadfastness and motionlessness, the North Star serves as a pole of guidance and a constant source of inspiration toward the future.

This campaign captures the courageous journey of youthful boys, filled with innocent dreams and adventurous spirit, in search of the North Star.

Songzio’s 25SS collection can be found in its 90 global stores, including the recently opened Paris flagship store in Le Marais, as well as its iconic Seoul flagship store and art gallery, Galerie Noir.

About Songzio

Songzio finds its unique identity through its creative process, paint on black. Every collection begins on a black canvas where Songzio creates his painting of the season. In them, the heavy vertical strokes represent the object while the sharp horizontal strokes represent its emotions, coexisting in ‘order and disorder’. Songzio’s own sense of avant-garde is defined as ‘order and disorder’, a terminology to describe the overhauling sense of duality of philosophies and aesthetics that coexist in Songzio’s designs. A sense of duality permeates through Songzio’s art and collection.

With its avant-garde pattern making & draping, unique silhouette, and artisanal applications of Songzio’s original artworks, Songzio creates a sense of Western modernism coexisting in oriental elegance. Heavy in stillness, yet fluid in motion, Songzio’s collections converge opposing aesthetics: sharp yet delicate, rough yet elegant, dark yet ablaze.

You can discover Songzio’s 24AW collection in Songzio’s global stores including Printemps France, HBX, Farfetch, H.Lorenzo, Dantone as well as its much-anticipated Paris flagship store set to open in October 2024.
