It all started three years ago when a young woman named Freya Poppe finished her fashion education in Antwerp with an unforgettable and unseen all Barbie inspired final project. Soon thereafter her project earned herself an exposition in a trendy store in Belgian’s fashion city. The exposition was such a big success the owners of the store proposed her to design a ready-to-wear collection.
Since then Freya has been unstoppable, creating collections we could only imagine possible.
Tutu Chic is a representation of Freya’s view on life, one many women across the world can relate to. It is about being free-spirited and embracing yourself for who you truly are on all aspects of life. The many colored fabrics Tutu Chic uses in its collections express this lifestyle. This label is an opportunity to express oneself to the world without using any words. But if we were to use words then they most definitely would be the next ones:
