HappyFish by Sami is the 2nd Runway show at NYFW by Taiwanese designer Sami Chen in conjunction with Rolls Royce of Manhattan. Her gowns and creations have been described as inspirational and angelic to match her demeanor. Creating the unexpected, Happy Fish has surpassed expectations with the fashion press and public alike.
