A new brand Diosa Mar, based in Mexico City, by heiress Tatiana Rodriguez Anderson will launch it’s debut collection at 9 p.m. Planet Fashion, the fashion media and events company has partnered with The Kimpton Surfcomber to produce events for Miami Swim Week. The Kimpton Surfcomber, a boutique property situated oceanfront in the heart of South Beach’s Art Deco District, will set a picturesque backdrop for the world famous Miami Swim Week. The fashion shows at Surfcomber will run from July 11th through 13th and will include top international brands in an amazing line up of swimwear design talent.
Diosa Mar was founded by Tatiana Rodriguez Anderson, native to the coastal city of Yelapa, Mexico, an indigenous community of Mexico. She created Diosa Mar after receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, and her masters from the University of Barcelona. Living in Mexico, she found herself constantly surrounded by the wild nature, and continues to draw this inspiration into her designs. Now based in Puerto Vallarta, Diosa Mar provides strong, powerful women the ability to emit their inner-goddess.
