Rivini and Alyne: NYFW Bridal

Rivini and Alyne Bridal Fashion Week New York

Represented by Seventh House PR.

You pass through the front doors of the TMPL gym, passing several dozen sculpted New Yorkers getting their workout on. You step into a dimly-lit studio with free weights to one side and large mirrors on the other. Survivor’s “Eye of the Tiger” is blaring through the speakers.

No, you’re not there for a pilates session or TMPL’s acclaimed “Holy Water” fitness class. Instead, the lights come on full-force to reveal Rita Vinieris Fall 2017 bridal collections — Rivini and Alyne — at New York Bridal Fashion Week.

From voluminous ball gowns to dresses with a thigh-high slit, Vinieris’ unique wedding dresses from either collection are sure to draw you in. Both Rivini and Alyne feature stunning understated luxury for the modern woman. The Canadian designer explores effortless glamour, simple luxury and pure design with a touch of California cool.

Case in point? Olivia, the very first Rivini look to walk down the runway. This sheer high-low jersey is made with French lace and sequin accents and is styled on the model with crisp white sneakers — anything but conventional for a bride. Yet, it holds an alarming sense of charm and immediately catches your attention.

The sophisticated ease and simple silhouettes of Rivini’s designs feature sleek elements that are perfect for the bride who wants to make a statement walking down the aisle. Looking for a dress that is sure to stop guests in their tracks? The Florence by Rivini is an ethereal lace ball gown with ostrich feather cuffs and a cascading ostrich feather skirt. How about a gown in a different hue than ivory? Reach for the Simone from Alyne, which is a cool blue embroidered lace ball gown with a soft draped bodice.

Looking for a dress that is sure to stop guests in their tracks?

Vinieris’s striking gowns put couture within reach with classic details reimagined and cut from lush chiffons, silk satins and organzas. The daring details bring corded lace bodices, light crystal beading and plunging necklines to the next level.

Inspired by the multifaceted modern woman and her versatile nature in today’s world, the silhouettes this season are new and diverse with a relaxed, yet sensual couture ease,” describes Vinieris. “A mix of luxurious modern fabrications either lightly skim or effortlessly sculpt the body with active wear accents. The simplicity, gentle grandeur and fluidity allows women to express their individuality in a new-relaxed, contemporary celebration of love.”
